Try this 20 minute workout

This workout is intense and only 3 exercises! Perform 5 pullups / chin ups (use assisted machine as you get tired), followed by 10 pushups, and 15 squats.  The goal is to finish before a minute is up.  For example if it takes you 40 seconds to do all 3 then you have 20 seconds to recover.  Repeat it as many times for 20 minutes!
