Hanging in Montana

Hey all.  I just arrived in Montana for a week long vacation with the family.  We rented out this huge 8000 sq foot house on the mountain.  I will be doing some golfing, writing posts for the blog and hanging out while I’m here.  I will write some things I took from the fitness conference and share them with you.  My appologies for not getting them to you sooner.  It’s been a crazy busy week but it’s all good!
