Tough Workout
This is a workout we did at the gym today. All you need is a cone, bike or rowing machine and YOU!!
20 Reps of Floor to Ceiling Jumps. Squat down and touch your hands on the ground, jump as high as you can towards the ceiling with arms outreached
20 Pushups. Start off the toes and lower yourself so elbows reach about 90 degrees. Go down to knees if necessary.
20 Body weight squats. Feet shoulder width apart, squat down and stick bum out. Make sure your spine is in neutral position
30 cone hops. If no cone is available and find some clear space on the floor. With your feet together hop back and forth 30 times.
30 seconds on Spin Bike. (Or Rowing Machine) Go on it’s heaviest tension and grind out for 30 seconds total. (If you are doing this at home, do burpees or jumping jacks)
REPEAT 3X’S AND TIME IT!
This is a great quick workout that will leave you spent! No excuses! You can’t even say you don’t have enough time. Pace it and make sure you breathe!
