Bodyweight workout

This workout is great but tough! All you need is YOU!! Time can’t be excuse because it won’t take you long to complete.

Depending on your fitness level, try 1-3 rounds and time it.

30 Get Ups off the ground. Lay on your back or some stacked mats for elevation and find a way to get onto your feet.  I encourage you to have your feet up in the air to create some momentum.

30 Floor to ceiling jumps. Squat down and tap your hands on the ground and jump up towards the ceiling reaching upwards!

Make sure you are breathing steady throughout.  Record your time and try to beat it another time!

This is great for a compressed workout or little time.  Also if you are wanting to switch things up and try something different!

I attached my “Get Up” Video which you can try but without the dumbbells.  If you are in great shape then dumbbells would be an awesome challenge if that’s what you are looking for!
