Fat Burning Exercise
If you want to burn off body fat this is a great exercise to do just that. This is a barbell squat to press and then moving to a twist movement. Some call these “Rockstar’s and Superstars.”

To accelerate fat loss it’s important to involve the legs since they are the largest muscles in our bodies. It’s the greatest hormonal and metabolic response our body can produce when we work the legs. This is why I love to involve them with upper and full body movements. Remember, by putting on lean muscle mass to our bodies, it helps assist our body shed body fat. It doesn’t matter what your goal is. Never forget about your legs!
