Intense Shoulders / Arms Workout

This set of 3 exercises will get your heart jumping.  Anytime you want to circuit some movement patterns together, ensure you involve more then just your secondary muscles such as shoulder and arms.  I integrate my legs in this mini circuit to recruit more muscles and burn extra calories.  If the exercises are too challenging then we can always modify and throw in an alternative.  Message me if you want some ideas!

Jeff!!thnx for ur tips..am usin them to maintain my weight…i just wanted u to give some full body exercises as well as muscle exercises for those who dnt have gyms around. thanx

Thanks Dottie for your comment and feedback! I will definitely post some body weight exercises that you can do at home. Do you have any free weights or are you interested in strictly bodyweight exercises? Watch out for my core circuits that I’ll post this week!

Thanx again. nope,i do not have any weights at home. I checked out the core circuits and i’m about to try them.
