Experienced Exercise Circuit
I was away for the weekend celebrating my Grandpa’s 90th Birthday so I wasn’t able to post anything. Check this out!
This is a great circuit for experienced gym goers who want to get their muscle metabolism cranked up and burn some calories! Make sure you do each of the exercises all in a row with no break and repeat 2-3 times. Try to keep your repetitions between 8-12 and rest to 1 minute after the last exercise. This can be easily modified but try and follow with the scenario of a push/pull, and two leg exercises. Have fun!
